R&D facility recognized by Ministry of Science & Technology, is manned by a team of  experienced design engineers using CAD/CAM  Workstations for design of products and SPMs.

Prototype Development Facility is equipped with multi  
axis CNC machining and turning centres, CNC milling  
and drilling machines, Co-ordinate measuring machines  
and scanning equipments.  
 
Development shop supervises all products from planning  
stage to production stage.

More than 20,000,000 precision parts are produced  
annually using most modern CNC manufacturing  
facilities, which are vertically integrated for production  
of short to medium batch of components in most  
ferrous and non-ferrous materials including stainless,  
titanium, nimonics, cast steel, PTFE, phenolics etc.

Modern Tool Room equipped with CNC Machining Centre, Jig Grinding Machine, Profile Grinder and EDM's caters to total tooling requirements for manufacture of precision components/products.
 Advanced materials such as coated carbides, and ceramics are widely used.

Quality Assurance  

Quality Assurance Department ensures highest quality standards using Computer Aided QA-systems and equipments including Computer Controlled Non Contact Optical Measuring Systems.

  
VXL designs and builds DC Drive and Air Turbine type Simulators to meet specific testing requirements of various products. 

State-of-the-art technology is being used for development and production of a comprehensive range of Electronic Test & Measuring Instruments, Microwave Components, Special Connectors and Electronic Subassemblies , Telecommunication and Electronics Industry, supported by continuous innovation by a team of experienced engineers. 
 

Information Systems Group is a task force for making efficient use of latest System & information  Technology for transforming  high precision engineering plant into a modern, flexible and fully responsive manufacturing facility to meet the customer's needs for low volume Hi-Tech engineering and electronic products. 

CAD, CAM.CAE and IT solutions have been implemented and are being integrated.
